ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Hashir, an aspiring cinematographer and photographer who feels incredibly grateful to turn passion into purpose every day.

Born in Kerala, India, raised in Qatar, educated in Pune, and trained in filmmaking in Prague, my journey has given me a deep appreciation for different perspectives, people, and stories. Growing up between cultures has taught me to observe closely, adapt quickly, and connect genuinely, qualities that guide both my life and my work.

Over the past five years, I’ve worked in the film industry as part of the camera department, collaborating with talented creatives and learning the art of visual storytelling on set. Those experiences have shaped not just my technical skills, but also my understanding of teamwork, adaptability, and the power of a well-told story.

Alongside film sets, I work independently as a photographer and videographer, capturing real moments and real emotions. I adapt easily to any environment and approach every project with patience, curiosity, and care.

My approach is simple: listen deeply, understand the vision, and translate emotion into images. Whether it’s a film, a portrait, or a moment in motion, my goal is always the same, to create visuals that feel honest, cinematic, and human, images that connect, not just impress.
